Super Car Terms And Condition

1. Introduction

1.1 miwhip Ltd (miwhip London) operates a fleet of super cars and luxury cars which it operates to provide Rides to miwhip users (the Super Car Fleet).

1.2 These special terms and conditions describe the circumstances in which Rides provided through miwhip will be fulfilled by the Super Car Fleet.

1.3 These terms and conditions supplement the Rider General Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. Except as otherwise described in these special terms, the General Terms and Conditions will apply to all Rides taken with the Super Car Fleet, and any term defined in those terms will have the same meaning in these terms.

1.4 The Fees and charges for Rides fulfilled by the Super Car Fleet (including any charges for waiting or cancellation) are the same as the standard Fees and charges set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

1.5 Rides will be fulfilled by the Super Car Fleet in two circumstances:

1.5.1 during the Promotional Period (as defined below), one in every one hundred Rides will be fulfilled by the Super Car Fleet (a Promotional Ride); and

1.5.2 for every one hundred Rides that you take with miwhip, you will be entitled to book a Ride with our Super Car Fleet (a Loyalty Ride).

1.6 All Rides with the Super Car Fleet are offered as a chauffeur service.

1.7 These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless otherwise stated.

1.8 All users of the app are automatically eligible for Promotional Rides and Loyalty Rides. There is no need to opt in and no additional fee is payable to participate in these offers.

1.9 These offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time on not less than 30 days’ notice.

1.10 Promoter: miwhip Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 10990699 and VAT number 283 2395 87.

2. PROMOTIONAL RIDES

2.1 Promotional rides are available:

2.1.1 every day during the period 10am to 4pm; and

2.1.2 at miwhip’s discretion, during the period 8pm to 10pm,

(the Promotional Period).

2.2 Subject to paragraphs 2.3 and 2.4, during the Promotional Period every one hundredth Ride will be a Promotional Ride, fulfilled by a vehicle from the Super Car Fleet.

2.3 Ride can only be fulfilled by a vehicle from the Super Car Fleet if it meets the following eligibility criteria (an Eligible Ride):

2.3.1 the requested Ride is for a distance of less than five miles or entirely within zone 1 in London (for more information on Zone 1, London, please visit https://tfl.gov.uk/);

2.3.2 there is an available vehicle from the Super Car Fleet within a reasonable vicinity of requested pick up location; and

2.3.3 the number of passengers which the Ride has been booked for does not exceed the appropriate passenger allowance for that vehicle (between 1 and 4, depending on the vehicle).

If a Ride that would otherwise have been a Promotional Ride is not an Eligible Ride then the next Eligible Ride booked by a user of the app will be a Promotional Ride.

2.4 Occasionally it may not be possible to provide Promotional Rides for reasons outside miwhip London’s reasonable control. In this case miwhip London will resume offering Promotional Rides as soon as reasonably practicable and will temporarily increase the proportion of Rides which are Promotional Rides to compensate for the Promotional Rides it was unable to provide during the period of suspension.

3. LOYALTY RIDES

3.1 When you register an account with miwhip you become a member of the miwhip Loyalty Scheme. Every time you complete a Ride with miwhip you will earn 1 point.

3.2 Once you have collected 100 points, you will receive a Loyalty Ride as a loyalty reward.

3.3 The miwhip call centre will contact you to arrange your Loyalty Ride. Subject to availability, we will help accommodate you in booking your preferred vehicle, time and place for your Loyalty Ride. Please note that there may be some restrictions on which vehicle you are able to book:

3.3.1 if you have any wheelchair or accessibility requirements, we are only able to offer you certain vehicles – for more information, please contact us on 0203 538 3636; and

3.3.2 the range of vehicles that we are able to offer you will depend on the number of passengers that you wish to book the Ride for.

3.4 The requested Ride must be for a distance of less than five miles.

3.5 You will not earn a Loyalty Point from your Loyalty Ride.
